Benecol® Baked Potato, 3-ways

Ingredients

  • 3 Russet potatoes

 Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F

  2. Use a fork to puncture potato skins 4 times. This helps release pressure from steam as the potatoes bake.

  3. Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 50 minutes or until tender.

With Steamed Broccoli

  • 1 tablespoon Benecol®

  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

  • pinch of black pepper

  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli

With Turkey Bacon & Scallion

  • 1 tablespoon Benecol®

  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped

With Salsa & Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Benecol®

  • 1 tablespoon low-fat cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium salsa
